The room had its own sunny balcony. 5 mins walk to the centre. We ordered lunch at Saffron Desi, located next door to the venue. It deserves its 4 stars.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend. It was extremely close to Palma Nova city centre. The breakfast was satisfactory - a good choice of food...

Really marvelous location. We would like to stay longer. Don't pass this hotel up if you plan to visit katmandu park
